<p class="style26" align="left">They will also last you a lifetime. Cast iron is one of the most enduring materials there is and if you look after your pan, by gently wiping it clean with light vegetable oil after every use, it will outlast not only you but you children and your grandchildren.</p>

4 oz plain flour<br />
1/2 pint of milk<br />
olive oil<br />
orange and lemon juice<br />
sugar</p>

Mix the egg and the milk together and then gradually add the flour, mixing small quantities into the milk at a time.</p></td>

Using your new cast iron pan , pre-heat it to get it nice and hot.<br />
Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the pan and let it coat the bottom.<br />
Slowly pour in about 1/4 of the batter mixture you have made above and let it cook for about 60 seconds. <br />
If you feeling fun have a go at tossing the pancake over, just make sure you loosen it in the pan with a spatula first.<br />
Cook the other side for about 60 seconds and serve onto a plate.</p>

Sprinkle on some sugar and squeeze over some fresh lemon and orange juice. Now roll it into a sausage shape and tuck in with a spoon. Enjoy</span></p></td>
